What is shown on the Account Status page?

The Account Status page shows a summary of your donations through DonationNetwork.org, and the current status of all ongoing donations like the Donation Matching Program.

You will find here:
* The Charity, or Charity Fund that you are donating to.
* The amount of the donation.
* The Donation Status of the donation.
* What type of donation it is (One Time Donation, Recurring Donation, Donation Matching Program, etc.)

Additionally, for the Donation Matching Program, you will find:
* Your Member Number, which is needed for others to join your Team.
* The Program Stage.
* How much DonationNetwork.org is matching your donation.
* How many Team Members you have.
* Your Network Support.

What does the Donation Status mean?

The different Donation Status' are:

ACTIVE: This status indicates that the Recurring Donation is in good standing, and the next donation will process on schedule.

HOLD: A problem was encountered with the Recurring Donation, usually due to a donation's payment not going through successfully. The Recurring Donation will remain on hold until the issue is resolved. See the How do I update my credit card or bank information? FAQ.

CLOSED: The donation is complete. This is normal for a One Time Donation, and may also occur for a Recurring Donation if it is no longer active.

SUSPENDED: By determination of DonationNetwork.org, this Recurring Donation has been suspended, which usually occurs when there is a violation of DonationNetwork.org policy (SPAM'ing, improper usage, etc.)

How do I update my credit card or bank information?

If you wish to change how you are making donations for either the Donation Matching Program, or a recurring donation;

1) click on the link in the top-right of the page to pull up your account (log in is required).
2) Find the donation in question shown on the page.
3) On the Donation line, click the link for Edit Donation Method and follow the instructions.

Can I see a history of my donations?

Yes, on the My Account page, select Donations History from the menu on the left. This will show you a complete list of your donations.

Can I view a history of only one recurring donation?

On the Donations History page, if you have multiple Recurring Donations to chose from, there will be a drop-down list of these at the top of the Donations History. Simply select the one you would like to limit the listing to, and click Show.

DonationNetwork uses a messaging system as the means of communication. We have found the messaging system to be more effective and efficient than standard emails. Your messages are accessed through your messages link in your account status page. The only people who are able to send you messages are the people in your Team and DonationNetwork.
