Can't find the answer to your question? If you are a member of the site try sending a
message through the online messaging system. This can be done through your account status page.

If the FAQ's or online messaging system is not providing the
answers your looking for try our online forum. In the forum you can read questions
and answers to hundreds of questions posted by other members of Donation Network.
If you can not find the answer try posting a question. Either a DonationNetwork
staff or current member will provide you with the answer. You can browse through
our online forum at the following link:
To change your e-mail or to change your password, click on "My Profile" located on the left hand side of your page. Then choose the first option that says 'e-mail/password.' You can then change any information and click on the "update information" on the bottom of the box.
If DonationNetwork.org has to send regular mail to you, we will use this address if available. If this address is not entered, we will use an alternative address for you, such as the Credit Card billing address you used for your donation.
