It is our belief that non-profit organizations should operate in the most efficient manner possible.  The efficiency of a charity is based on the companies' administration or overhead expense.   We are currently operating on a goal of overhead/administration cost of 10% or less.  This is well below the estimated industry average.

Our research has shown that one of the largest contributors to high administration cost is staffing phone lines and email support.  In order to maintain our low overhead we have decided not to provide phone or email support at this time.  We feel that as much funding as possible should be passed on to the charities and organizations that need them.

For those involved in our Donation Matching Program we have a comprehensive messaging system available.  Through this system, you can send messages to the Donation Network Staff and other members with questions, comments and ideas.  We have found that the messaging system is far more efficient than standard email and phone support.
