DonationNetwork.org site, you express your understanding and agreement that you
are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to
be bound by these Terms and the DonationNetwork.org Site Terms, you may not use
this online site. These Terms apply only to donations placed through the
DonationNetwork.org site. If you elect to donate from other charities online,
using links provided on www.donationnetwork.org pages, donations placed with
those charities may be subject to the terms and conditions set forth of those
charities. Any external links provided on this website are provided solely
for your convenience. Donation Network, Inc. shall not be help liable for
your use of any external links contained on its website and the use of same
shall be at your own risk.
DONATION VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE
When you donate through the DonationNetwork.org site, we may verify your method
of payment, billing address, and bank information (if provided), before
processing your donation request. Your placement of an donation via the
DonationNetwork.org site is an agreement to provide said funds for donation and
use of the DonationNetwork.org site. No other payment, reward,
contribution, gift, or offering of any type is available or implied.
DonationNetwork., Inc. may, for any reason, decline to accept your donation or
any part of your order. If we decline to accept your donation, we will attempt
to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
DONATION LIMITATIONS
For the added protection of our customers the maximum donation available through
DonationNetwork.org is $50.00. If you wish to make additional donations,
you can donate in multiple blocks of $50.00 each.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
When you make a donation through the DonationNetwork.org site, you are required
to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you
regarding the status of your donation, advise you of your donation amounts, and
to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications
relating to your donations or account. You agree that Donation Network, Inc.
will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not
receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
The DonationNetwork.org Site follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer
protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet. When placing an
order or donating online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom or top of
your browser depending on browser type. Additionally your address bar
(showing the location of the page you are viewing) should become a different
color (again color hues will vary depending on browser type and version). These
icons are your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your
personal information.
PAYMENT
You may pay for your donation with one of the following major credit cards,
issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and
American Express® or by using our direct debit system, which will automatically
deduct your monthly donation from the bank account you designate.
Donations will be processed within 24 business hours of providing us with
complete and correct information. Donations placed and completed through the
DonationNetwork.org site are NOT refundable and can NOT be canceled. All
donations made are final.
SHIPPING
If you have decided to join our Donation Matching Program your welcome booklet
and information will be shipped within three business days. This
information will be sent to the shipping address as entered during your
registration process. The shipping address for the welcome package cannot
be changed. If there has been a mistake in the address you will need to
order a new welcome package through our online site. You be responsible for any
additional cost of the package and shipping and handling charges incurred by
Donation Network, Inc. in providing any replacement welcome packages.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Welcome packages
are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
SALES TAX
As a 501c3 organization your donation is fully deductable and is not subject to
sales tax. However, if you purchase additional materials, (such as hats,
t-shirts, programs, or and other items that are sold) sales tax will be
collected on those items. DonationNetwork.org is located in Georgia, if
your purchase is made and shipped outside of Georgia currently you are not
subject to sales tax. However, orders placed and shipped within Georgia
will be subject to sales tax currently at 7%. DonationNetwork., Inc, collects
and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made in Georgia.
WARRANTIES
Donation Network, Inc. makes any representation or warranties, whether express
or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information,
opinions, research information, date or content provided on DonationNetwork.org.
Donation Network, Inc. shall not be bound, in any manner, by any information
contained on its website and Donation Network, Inc. reserves the right to
modify, change or discontinue, without notice, any feature of its website.
Information provided by Donation Network, Inc. is provide for informational
purposes only and shall not be construed as advice.
REFUND POLICY
Your donation made through DonationNetwork.org is NON-REFUNDABLE. Under no
circumstances can any portion of a donation made be refunded in any way. If you
have selected to donate using the monthly or quarterly system future donations
can be stopped at any time. However, donations that have already been made are
not refundable.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Donation Network, Inc. shall not be responsible for, and specifically disclaims
all liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature
which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of, or which may be
attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of
DonationNetwork.org, any information contained on the website or any personal
information or material transmitted over our systems.
ENTIRE AGREEMNT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Donation Network,
Inc. and neither you, nor Donation Network, Inc., shall be bound by any
representation, warranty, or promise not set forth herein.
CONFLICT
Where there arises any conflict in interpretation between these Terms and any
other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate
specifically to a particular section of DonationNetwork.org shall prevail in
respect to your use of the specific section of the website.
SEVERABILITY

In the event any court in any relevant jurisdiction deem any term, condition,

servers accessible through the internet. Credit card information collected via
commercial services such as MerchantWarehouse is not stored on our server.
