Getting started in the program is as simple as making a $50 tax deductable donation through our site and selecting to be in the Donation Matching Program.  Once you have made your first contribution you are now a "Donator " and member of the program.  Whether you stay at the Donator status or become a Patron, we appreciate your donation and say "Thank You" from DonationNetwork and on behalf of your selected charity.  We are always inspired by the dedication of people who strive to help others.

Our Donation Matching Program contribution amount is set at $50.00 and can only be donated in $50 blocks.  This amount is designed to make donating attractive to all levels of income.  All donations that are made are just like any charitable donations you have made in the past.  DonationNetwork is a registered 501(c)(3) company and gives you the full benefits of a non-profit organization. Your $50.00 donations through DonationNetwork are tax deductible.

Your donation, through the Donation Matching Program, will be done  on or around the same day as your original sign up date.  You can have the $50.00 automatically withdrawn from your bank account or you can choose to charge it to a credit card.  The cost is always $50 and there are no additional fees.  There is never an obligation to continue donating, you can remove yourself from the program and stop donating at any time.  Just like any other donation, once you have made your donation it is non-refundable.

Although we encourage you to use our Donation Matching Program to its full potential, it is not necessary to be involved in the program to donate.   We do accept direct donations to the charity of your choice.  Those donations can be made in any dollar amount over $5.00.  We accept these donations paid by check, credit card or bank account number.  Those involved in the program must use credit card or bank account number- we do not accept checks for program members.

When you become a Donator and are a part of the Donation Matching program you are becoming part of a great organization for helping others in need.  However, this does not mean that you will be immediately receiving donation matching funds.  Donation Matching is linked to the amount of subsequent donations you or your group brings in.   There are three additional stages in the Program: Supporter, Contributor, and Patron.  All can be reached without contributing more than $50.00 per month and each stage has a different percentage of matching funds that are available to you.  These benefits are designed to motivate you and your team to reach the next stage and eventually the ultimate goal of receiving $12,000 a year in matching funds!
