Spillover

One of the greatest benefits of multi-level marketing is the help you receive from others. This help makes reaching your goals easier and faster than you thought possible.  Anyone that has already been involved in a multi-level marketing company will be able to attest to this fact.  For those new to this business marketing style, the following should help you understand why multi-level marketing has become such a powerful tool in the business community.

It is important to understand that a multil-level marketing company is designed with a hierarchy nearly identical to the largest companies in the world. This chain of command follows a flow chart much like the one shown to the right. The matching system uses a similar flow chart structure; however, it is based on a binary matrix system which we believe is one of the main strengths of the program.  A binary matrix system limits the amount of donation blocks that will be directly associated with you. We chose to put this kind of restraint on the program to benefit those involved.  The binary matrix benefits all participants equally and provides more spillover to help get those in your team excited and eager to help us in securing more donations. The binary system increases the help you can receive from other members.  We only require you to get two donation blocks to be eligible for matching funds. This shows that you have the desire and dedication to help us secure donations for charities.  Certainly, we encourage you to continue talking with others and promoting the matching program, but that is not a requirement.  Not only is the requirement only two, it is the maximum that is allowed directly under you.  Any additional donation blocks you get will be posted to a team leader on your team with the weakest team structure. It will still count toward your matching fund total, but it will also count toward your teammates'.  This effect is called 'Spillover.'

Spillover Example
For ease of explanation, let's use a single matrix example as shown to the left.  The Donation Matching program is binary, but the single example is easier to understand and spillover works the same.  In the example, Bob first gets Mark to make a donation; Mark joins and becomes Bob's teammate. Then he talks with Tom and Tom also decides to get involved.  In the single matrix example, Bob can only have one donation under him (#1 Mark).  The second donation ( #2 Tom) actually moves to help Mark's team even though Bob is the person who got him involved.  Bob still receives matching credit since Tom is still part of his team, but Mark also gets credit.  Tom is now a teammate of Mark's team and a teammate of Bob's.  Then Bob talks with Sam who decides he wants to donate $100.00 per month towards charity.  Since donations are only allowed in $50.00 blocks this actually counts as two.  This is because the program is based on donations secured, not people.  Even though Mark has not secured any donations he already has three blocks on his team due to the efforts of Bob. This is how spillover works. As you can see your team can be greatly benefited by the work of others already involved in the Donation Matching network.

T
he spillover allows all participants a better chance to receive matching funds for their charities.  Some people are just naturally better at networking and have more of an opportunity to do so.  The binary system still gives those great solicitors credit for all donations secured and at the same time allows those less connected a better chance to reach their goals.  Since the ultimate goal is to donate more money to charities, utilizing a program with an equal opportunity for success is the plan.
